What is an ART & SOUL WORKSHOP?
Art & Soul Workshops aim to integrate silence, scriptures, nature and the various mediums of art to create a “soul-space” for you to experience an authentic connection with God.
Why Art & Soul?
In art, like in prayer, we dare to enter the unknown depth of ourselves and our spirit with the hope of being transformed!
Through the expression of the senses and through mediums of art, we can discover and experience our spiritual journey at a different level.
By engaging in the arts, we discover and develop ways to deeply listen to what is stirring within each of us; thus affording us insights into life and the Spirit within us that’s not readily available through the normal cognitive ways of knowing and learning.
